- Ensure the correct application of nursing procedures and policies are applied at facilities
- Identify training needs to guide the development of appropriate clinical training interventions
- Promote a culture of continuous professional development
- Understand client needs and requirements
- Reporting and documenting incidents
- Regular client visits
- Degree/Diploma in Nursing
- Unit specific Certificate or Diploma (Emergency Centre/Operating Theatre/Critical Care Unit)
- ETPP, SETA registration in Facilitation Assessment & Moderation advantageous or Nursing Education as a subject
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Email & Internet)
- Valid drivers licence
- 2 years Clinical experience as a Professional nurse
- 2 years' experience in Facilitation/Training
- 1-2 years' experience as a Workplace assessor (Desired)
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of professional and ethical conduct
- Administratively strong
- Excellent patient care
- Clinical risk management
- Relevant legislation
- Continuous improvement methods
- Nursing processes and procedures
